Multiple Home Work
There's a leak in the bathroom, probably minor, and in the basement, needs evaluation and a bid on cost.
I need a bid for installing ventilation over the range in the kitchen
I will need some loose electrical wires in the attic secured, some old knob-tube-wires inactivated for safety, some GFC outlets installed, and good grounding evaluation.
A general contractor is fine with me. I would like to get a bid this week if possible, as I am working on closing a mortgage. I can have the jobs scheduled out, but need the bid this week.
