Driveway and Garage Pad Replacement
Demo and driveway:
I will want the driveway and garage pad demolished, including the apron, and all concrete debris removed from the site. Note, the city water shutoff is on the east edge of the apron, partially within the apron.
I will want a new 5" thick driveway, with wire mesh and rebar. I believe the apron needs to be 6", and will require more rebar. There is an area adjacent to the house, at the side porch, where it is imperative that the concrete shed water away from the house, to the center of the driveway. The existing driveway is high on the sides, and angled inward, funneling water down to the street, so I want that replicated on the slope, but it's not necessary where the ground is level.
