Sheffield/Calma Garage Bedroom/Conversion
We would like to convert most of our one-car garage of a three-car garage into a bedroom.
1. We prefer a legal conversion
2. The area we are converting is approximately 12 ft. by 15 ft.
3. One wall has sheetrock, and the ceiling has sheetrock.
4. We would need a front wall with a 32” door
5. We would need a side insulated wall with electrical plugs
6. We would need an insulated back wall in front of the garage door with electrical plugs
7. We would need a connection to our heating/cooling ducts
8. We would need overhead lighting and switches
9. We would need a ceiling fan
10. We would need flooring (probably luxury vinyl)
11. We would need all sheetrock taped and finished
12. We will do the painting
