    Be careful. As nice as Gene is, our project (30k) was not as important to him as larger projects that started after ours. He continually was pushing our completion dates, even calling us the same day to reschedule. What he told us would take 6-8 weeks ended up lasting more than a year often leaving our place exposed for days because he pulled workers for other projects.
    Double check all agreements with him. He was continually agreeing to one thing, then the plans would come back missing things we specified. He would then say that it would cost more as a change when it was something we specified at the start. His big projects may look good, but his lack of detail and lack of planning led to our “small” project being an afterthought to him.
