After the first bad review on Aug 2019, Guy came to talk to me and he promised to fix everything and he and Ernesto did it. Ernesto sacrificed his Saturdays to come and fix the texture and paint. He did it multiple times because we didn't like what he did initially, but he listened to us and did texture/sand/paint multiple time until we were happy. Ernesto is skillful, honest and patient. He did whatever we've asked. Tile alignment was also fixed. There are a couple of things that I am not completely happy about, but they are minor concerns and I can ignore them since Guy and Ernesto tried their best with lots of patience. I am happy with their work.
I would highly recommend Guy and Ernesto.

Guy and the team were simply outstanding. He redid my entire condo: the floors, the kitchen, the bathroom, paint, etc. I live downtown on a busy street with limited parking and he and his team overcame all obstacles in order to finish the job in an expedient and professional manner; well within the time which he quoted me. When I was not satisfied with something, Guy ensured it was done to my satisfaction; no questions asked. The quality was legit and his team’s knowledge and professionalism on point. His estimates were spot on with pricing and timeliness. More importantly, he even went with me and helped pick out materials and helped design my new kitchen and bathroom. Top-notch service and I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Guy Cohen and the Infinity Design & Build team to anyone looking at remodeling or performing home improvements!

Guy and his team were great. Gave us a very reasonable price, and was flexible in what that included. Definitely got more for our money than we would have with others. Guy was on top of communicating with us, and at the end inspected to kitchen to make sure that it met his high standards. He found minor details that he insisted on fixing, so he could be proud of the work. We are so happy with our new kitchen!

My wife and I used Infinity Design/Build for our kitchen remodel last Nov/Dec and we couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. It's easy to tell after first meeting with Guy that he knows his stuff! Also, his team was very helpful in getting our feedback throughout the process on little things and even showed up earlier than normal on several days to catch us before we went to work so they could ask specific questions. Highly recommend for any type of home project;

I just had a complete kitchen remodel done by Inifinity. A lifetime of waiting, 7 months of planning and 7 weeks of project time produced a space that is well beyond how I pictured it. I am still in awe. I had several other bids and all of them were considerably higher than the bid Inifinity was able to do. In fact, would’ve had to settle for far less of a remodel if I went with any other bid. Guy is on point. His knowledge was immediately obvious to me the first time he came to my home. It was as if he was just as or even more excited about the project than I was. This was comforting because this project carried a lot of anxiety with it. You want everything to go smooth, youre spending a lot of money and there are a lot of moving parts and its all foreign to the average person. Guy is a personable individual and he assured me everything I wanted to have done, would be done to my 100% satisfaction. Guy’s crew is as equally knowledgeable, Emillio was the project manager and I am going to insist he is on all the other projects I will be having Inifinity do on my home. My kitchen remodeling project was far more then removing old cabinets and replacing them w new cabinets. So naturally, there were some challenges. All of these challenges Emillio and the crew met head on and solved them just as you would expect a professional remodeling team to do. Every step of the way I gained more confidence in these guys and soon I didn’t even need to point things out (I am a bit OCD), they had come to know me and took care of things they knew I would be expecting to have done. Im you’re average home owner who just like the next home owner has reservations about not getting what you pay for, having corners cut and little customer focus once the contract is signed. I am here tell all of my fellow homeowners, you have nothing to worry about with Inifinity. Lastly, the customer service doesn’t end once the last check it cut, and the project is over. I had noticed a small detail missed – ceiling paint in a small section was missed – I notified Guy. The next day Emillio first called me, then showed up w the guys and took care of it. That’s the kind of relationship Inifinity nurtures with their customers.

I contacted Guy Cohen because of the wonderful reviews on several websites and I definitely made the right choice because Guy is the best contractor I could've worked with. He immediately answered my email, came over the next day to look at my project (complete remodeled bathroom) and give me an estimate as to the cost and time frame. I didn't even consider another contractor because I knew Guy was the one I wanted. We met a few days later at a fantastic tile shop (The Rock) where I selected tile for the floor, shower floor, and shower walls. Guy was helpful and offered suggestions throughout the entire remodel project. He told me what I needed to buy and answered all my questions about every little detail. I constantly bombarded him with emails, phone calls, and texts, and he responded immediately to each one. The men who worked on my bathroom (Francisco, Ivan, and Fernando) are the most qualified, talented, patient, trustworthy, and pleasant people I've ever worked with. I had no qualms about leaving each morning and returning later in the day to admire they work they had performed. They cleaned up every speck of dust, even sponged down my garage floor, and cleared away any bit of debris left from the work. Francisco is a genius at tile setting and my bathroom floor and shower are exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot say enough good things about Guy and his crew. They transformed my tiny ugly bathroom into a tiny beautiful bathroom!! It was a complete remodel from the walls and floors to everything inside. It's unbelievable what magic they performed!! They even came back after the job was finished to put up my shower curtain rod. The project was completed before the expected time frame and the cost was exactly what Guy estimated. He kept my budget in mind when suggesting what I should buy. I highly recommend them and plan to hire them again when I redo my other bathroom and replace the flooring in my living/dining room.

We love our new kitchen! Guy, Mark and Jose (and team) did a wonderful job! In addition to being delighted with the result, I would like to highlight the process. At the time that we received the bid, we were ensured that there would not be any increase in the cost once the project started. And in fact, despite project surprises, this was absolutely true! We all fear those calls of “I am sorry, we did not expect….”, but they were true to their word. The project timelines were also reasonably accurate, again despite project surprises. The team let us know what to expect for each coming week, with regards to what work would be done as the week progressed, and the workers always showed up as promised. They were extremely reliable and worked almost daily until the project was complete. In addition, at every step of the full kitchen renovation, the team addressed every question and responded to every detail that we raised around the project. They told us repeatedly that they wanted us to be happy, and would do whatever was necessary for us to be fully satisfied at the end of the project. And again, true to their word, at the end of the project every item on our list was fully addressed.

We decided it was time to remodel our master bathroom and set out to get several bids from contractors. We first found Infinity Designs on Houzz and decided to receive a bid after looking at their reviews and pictures of remodeled bathrooms. The owner, Guy, responded immediately after I left a message on his voicemail. We set up time for him to come see our current bathroom and give us an estimate for the project. His quote was well within our budget and the timeline worked too. I should mentioned that we had remodeled our kitchen from a different contractor about a year and a half ago. Their quote for our bathroom was double what Infinity Design quoted us. Guy lets you pick all of the materials and finishings, so you have the ability to customize every aspect of your project. He'll give suggestions, but he won't push you towards one particular brand or limit you to only certain options. This can be a little more work for you as the client, but ultimately this lets you have control over the budget. Once Guy gives you an estimate, it won't change unless you add to the scope of work. He's open and honest upfront and says if he has made a mistake in his estimate that he won't increase the price once construction is underway. He was a man of his word and that was the case during our remodel. He estimated the project would take 6-8 weeks. All of his workers and subcontractors are top notch. Everyone was very nice and respectful of our home. They are absolute professionals. Our bathroom was completed in just under 6 weeks, ahead of schedule! We are really happy with the finished product and definitely feel like we got our money's worth. I would absolutely work with Guy and Infinity Designs again. We will use his company if we decide to remodel our other bathrooms and have already recommended him to our friends and neighbors!

There was a leak behind the shower in the upstairs kid's bathroom that needed to be addressed. We decided to do a mini-remodel because the tiles had to be removed to fix the leak anyways. I got four estimates from different contractors and decided to go with Infinity. The owner, Guy, got right to the point and gave me an estimate right then and there and gave me a few suggestions. He then showed me some photos of his work which looked impressive. So I ended up going with him. As it turned out, everyone else said they'd have to get back to me and when they did, their estimates were all quite a bit more. The work began right away and the project was completed on time with no hitches. The bathroom looks great and I'm very happy with it. I'd highly recommend Infinity to anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel in San Diego. Joe P

I sent a message via Yelp letting the owner know that I prefer to be contacted via text message, and the owner (Guy) promptly responded with a time and date of when he would be able to come out and check out the area that needs remodeling. To me, it was very important that Guy actually read my message on Yelp. Oftentimes, I find that even though I state my preference of texting over phone calls or emails, many will still give me a call. This was not the case with Guy, and it shows that all of his customers, even potential customers, are important to him.
When the time came, Guy walked us through the process of remodeling and informed us of all the options we have when it comes to remodeling. As we are currently on a budget, we let him know our budget, and he was able to work out what was most important for us in terms of remodeling. We let him know our top priorities and he helped us accomplish those priorities within our budget.
As one of the other posters mentioned, our project was a small one, but nonetheless, Guy gave us 100% of his attention. Throughout the project, we were constantly updated with what to expect next (what part will be worked on next, what time to expect the workers, etc) and never felt like we had a lack of communication. Throughout the process, we realized that we had purchased the wrong stove and the wrong hood. This caused Guy to have to reschedule his workers to come on a different day to get the job done. Despite this, not once did Guy seem irritated by this change in schedule!
This has been such a great experience for us that we plan on going to Infinity Design and Build for all our future projects, and will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family!

We are so happy we chose Guy and the entire Infinity team! Not only is our new home absolutely gorgeous, but Guy was really great to work with. He was always easy to reach and punctual, and he thoroughly explained every step of the process. He was also really helpful when it came to picking out design elements - he knows the right places to go, and was great at finding options that he knew we would love.
I also can't say enough good things about his workers. They were consistently friendly, professional, and clean. We live in a condo building, and our neighbors commented on how amazing it was that they didn't hear any noise or see any of the trash. They did a ton of work (including a complete remodel of our kitchen, two bathrooms, bar, and a fireplace), but the Infinity team did a remarkable job of managing the chaos. We highly, highly recommend Infinity Design.

We just finished an incredible master bathroom remodel with Guy and his crew. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did!
Met with several contractors and instantly liked Guy Cohen from Infinity Design and Build. Guy has a positive attitude and will assist with design as well if that is what you want. Guy is great! He's wonderful to work with, communicates well and attentive to details and not pushy. He took me to a showroom with so many choices off tiles, countertops, and flooring that it was a one stop shop for me. Guy communicated via text almost daily and when I reached out with questions, he responded very quickly.
Replaced a garden window (yes a garden window) in the bathroom with a normal bathroom window, matched the outside stucco to a T. Replaced our ugly alligator tile in the shower, floors and countertop and designed a custom vanity; turned our old tired Rancho Bernardo Oaks North master bath into a gorgeous bathroom. Guy has great people working for him and everyone was great to work with. They have done an excellent job of trying to keep the mess to a minimum and clean the best they can at the end of each day. Francisco did an amazing tile job. We definitely will (and have) recommend Guy of Infinity Design & Build Inc 889 Date Street Suite 232, San Diego, CA 92101 to anyone for remodeling and construction. -

Decided to remodel our Master Bath. Met with several contractors and instantly liked Guy Cohen from Infinity Design and Build. Guy has a positive attitude and will assist with design as well if that is what you want. We kept the same layout but now have design elements that we had envisioned for years. Guy communicated via text almost daily and when I reached out with questions, he responded very quickly. His team that came into our home while we were at work were respectful of our home. Chris (our main guy) deserves a "shout out". He did excellent tile work! The only thing I would change would be to have the overall project done within the 4 week timeline as our project went over (partly due to a complication with pipes). I did appreciate that we came in on budget. When we are ready for another project, we will contact Infinity Design and Build.

Unfortunately, five stars is the most Buildzoom review allows, otherwise we would have given Guy (Infinity Design and Building Inc.) and his incredible team TEN STARS. They just finished a master bath remodel, moved walls, took it down to the studs and turned our old tired Tierrasanta master bath into a palace. On budget and on time. Everyone was great to work with. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.

We would definitely recommend Infinity Design & Build. We had a kitchen and 1 1/2 baths done and we could hardly believe how smoothly everything went. Guy has great people working for him. The job started when he said it would, there were people there everyday working, and we can't believe how quickly it is being completed!

Could not be happier. Guy helped design what I wanted. He listened to my ideas and suggested a few different options. He said "It is your custom room, all are good choices." He will help as much or as little as you like. He took me to a showroom with so many choices off tiles, countertops, and flooring that it was a one stop shop for me. As promised he returns calls and text within minutes and checking in on the crew daily. I've never been ask for money prior to the work being completed. Remodeling is inconvenient, dirty and stressful. Guy has taken the stress off by being calm even when I wasn't. The crew has respected us and our home. They have done an excellent job of trying to keep the mess to a minimum and clean the best they can at the end of each day. And can I tell you, Felipe is doing an amazing tile job.

Guy is great! He's wonderful to work with, communicates well and attentive to details. His workers are excellent. They show up on time and clean up after each work! I definitely will (and had)recommend Guy to anyone for remodeling and construction. the project now is over and on time ! guy was so attentive to details. he did a walk through once it was over and made sure all the little details were perfect. he designed the project, supervised it on a daily basis, communicated with me every day and made the project run as smoothly as possible. house was cleaned once it was done and I cant be happier with guy and lovering remodeling. excellent price great communication super quality work from all the crews (cabinets ,tile, paint etc) amazing attention to details highly recommended to everyone looking for a contractor .

We just finished an incredible kitchen remodel with Guy and his crew. I couldn't be more happy with the work that they did! I would HIGHLY recommend him for remodeling!
From the beginning of the job to the end, Guy was very clear with the process and was readily available and accessible every day through email, phone, or text. He was always quick to respond if we had any questions and he kept clear communication as to what to expect each day.
Guy gave me a timeline and an estimate on day one and due to previous experiences I wasn't expecting it to remain accurate - but sure enough, Guy finished exactly when he promised and there were no extra surprise expenses.
The quality of the work exceeded my expectations! Guy assisted us with picking the cabinets, backsplash and the granite. He is an expert in his field - creating the most beautiful combinations for the kitchen design. I truly appreciated his input because we had no idea how to choose and match everything. His crew impressed us with their extremely high quality workmanship with the install - they were punctual, clean, friendly, and dependable.
Guy made this kitchen remodel project such a pleasure! His professionalism, energy, and passion for his work all show with the incredibly beautiful finished project. In my career a project was considered a success if it finished on time, within budget and to requirements. Our bathroom remodel by Infinity Design and Build easily met all three criteria. But saying that does not give their work the full recognition it deserves. While I did not have the opportunity to meet with President Cohen, starting with the initial visit by Victor, the Project Manager, he closely listened to all my requirements and even gave few very useful design tips along the way. Those requirements down to the last detail were noted in the contract by Guy. The crew was uniformly pleasant and friendly. Victor and Miguel, Crew Chief, kept me informed every step of the way. All my questions large and small were answered. It was obvious that Alan had a passion for the tile work as he took care to place the tiles correctly and in the most pleasing way. Daniel did a fine job of painting and lending a hand where needed. The inevitable glitches (as what project doesn't have them?) were met promptly. And last, their recommended glass provider did an excellent job. The job was completed within 4 weeks beating their initial forecast and every item requested was completed just as I asked.
