I jumped the "gun" with my initial review of this Contractor! Their estimate was the best of three (3) I obtained. Further, the Proj Mgr was very professional and displayed outstanding interpersonal skills in assisting me by personally meeting with me at the Store to pick out my product, place the order and will by the end of the month, pickup and install the items I selected. I strongly recommend this new company to anyone deciding to remodel.

Lovering started out strong on my project, but lagged at the end. The workmen they sent to complete my guest bath were highly questionable. They literally took a vacation while at my home: they spent the day eating in their car, talking on the phone, playing music camping out behind a closed door in the bath. It took two days for them to build a cabinet, paint, and install hardware. Once completed, the front of my vanity had been cut off, the countertop overhung the vanity by too much, the doors on the vanity we're agape, the hole under the spigot was visible, screws were missing from the light switch plate, the mirror was covered with drywall mud, and the toilet paper rack and a door casing was missing. I'd include photos, but I see no way to upload them here.
