Multi-Residential Work
I would like the driveway, sidewalk to the front door, and pool decking resurfaced with either stamped concrete or garage floor epoxy coat with chips or another option proposed by the contractor.
Options/estimates can be broken out by each area to assess affordability:
1. Driveway resurfacing
2. Sidewalk resurfacing
3. Pool deck resurfacing
I would also like an estimate to put in a back porch/patio coming off the LR slider or wherever it makes sense so there is some covered sitting area -it would be great if it were screened in too.
