Addition
2nd story addition, adding around 1300sqft. We want to target around $500/sqft for this work, though we can go a bit higher if we end up choosing higher end finishes. That said, we plan to work with the GC to find opportunities for value engineering. We understand this type of project can easily take 1 year of time or more, but we would like to find a way to phase the project so that we can move back in sooner if possible (maybe around the 5 month mark?).
