NEW FRONT STAIR BUILD
Starting with a kitchen/dining area modernization initially. This might include adding a closet in the downstairs room as well.
Later, two upstairs bathrooms will need modernizing and a little reconfiguring.
Eventually, we would like to handle some of the "smaller" items unless it makes sense to wrap them into the larger ones -updating the fireplace, opening up the living room to the deck, new bannister, maybe an outside kitchen.
Then entire house has radiant heating through the floors which likely needs an update as there are cold spots and we want to change the flooring in a number of places.
