Background:
A recent inspection revealed a collapsed shower drain line in the primary bathroom. A licensed plumber (Good Guy Plumbing) used a drain camera and confirmed that the shower P-trap had failed, allowing dirt and mud to intrude into the pipe. Their quote includes vanity, shower, toilet, and slab demo to replace all underground plumbing but excludes finish work, waterproofing, new vanity, new shower, or fixture reinstallation.
Rather than proceed with partial repair, we are now seeking a contractor to manage the full renovation of the primary bathroom, incorporating both underground plumbing replacement and finish-level remodeling under one scope.
