A 4x5 area of my subfloor in front of the sink needs to be replaced. I was getting my tile floor replaced with laminate. After removing the initial layer of tile, they discovered a portion of the subfloor was not level and needed to be replaced. I need the damaged area cut away, new plywood fixed to the floor beams, which are undamaged, and the replaced portion brought level with the rest of the floor (which has one layer of tile still intact).
