We would like to demolish/remove a rear shed addition to the house and install a deck in its place, secure the footings of two support columns in the basement, open/remove some interior walls on the first floor, and add washer/dryer hookups/venting on the first floor. The electric meters for the property will need to be moved when the rear shed addition is demolished, we are considering contracting an electrician for this separately from the other work to be done but would need to coordinate.
