One basement window was replaced approximately 2–3 years ago; however, the glass block sections were not updated, and one block is currently pushing outward. Residing bay window/ repair & reinstall Victorian porch railing
Bay window on rear of 3404 wood needs to be replaced. Wood on 3406 bay window was replaced with plastic sheeting by contractor named Joe Casalle [relative?] and would like to do same for 3404 bay window. Porch railing at 3404 has dry rot [?] and needs replacing along with at least one turned spindle to match others on railing.
