Wooden Fence Replacement
The current wooden fence (approx. 67 ft.) is at least 36 years old and is starting to fall apart. The next monsoon will likely knock it down. The project also includes replacing the back gate and carport gate. Access is easy—the house is in a neighborhood with alleys.
