Everything on the first floor is tile flooring
Modify the staircase: likes the layout, it just needs to be resurfaced and revamped
Tie into existing plumbing & elctrical
They want to go vertical
Might need a new mini split AC unit (Prefers standard HVAC, Willing to add new units if needed
Not expanding the footprint
Get rid of the glass block on the front of the home, replace with a picture window
Engineered hardwood for the addition, tile in the bathroom Designer pattern)
Wants the exterior accents/painting to match the existing home
