Removal of bathtub/shower (prefab one piece) and installation of ADA-compliant low-threshold walk-in shower. Full moisture barrier on all walls, fiberglass (or similar material) surround with a smooth white finish look and shower dam, fold-down bath seat (rated up to 250 pounds), shower to have a mixing valve with a level handle and glide bar with a 6 ft. hose and handheld shower, thermostatic or pressure balance single-lever water control accessible from the transport shower chair, 3 grab bars (one on each wall) 1 1/2” in diameter with support of 250 pounds minimum, and no doors. Possible removal of standard toilet and installation of ADA-compliant 17”.
