Geotechnical / Soils Report
We are writing to request a proposal for a geotechnical/soils report for an SB9 Lot Split project located at 1835 Trestle Glen Rd, Piedmont.
The required report should include:
A preliminary geologic and/or soils reconnaissance report, prepared and signed by a licensed geotechnical engineer.
Confirmation that the report is based on the latest grading plan for the site and references the date of that plan.
A detailed geologic map identifying the location and extent of any geologic hazard or potentially hazardous soil condition on or immediately adjoining the property that may require special management or further evaluation.
