Bathroom Remodel
NOTES:
Needs to rip out pipes (they are clogged with rust, they think and they have to redo dry wall to get to them)
Tear down walls to reach pipes
Take the tub out and have glass walk-in shower
Re-tile and new cabinet
MOTIVATION:
She needs to get the pipes fixed and she also has been wanting to do a bathroom renovation
LOOKING FOR:
Stay around budget and provide a quality CO to keep the integrity of the house (it is 100 years old)
FROM THE CLIENT:
Pipes are old and need to be replaced, need updated bathroom. Take tub out and have an all glass walk in shower. Change single sink to double sink
