Victim of a scammer that I hired for a full bathroom renovation. Tile job is absolutely terrible workmanship confirmed by multiple contractors (a tile install specialist, a retired but still licensed contractor, The Tile Shop staff, and Sir Grout staff). Even the scamming contractor's workers agreed it's a terrible job. Job is to remove existing floor tile (shower and main floor) and replace per proper standards (i.e., the gap between tiles has to be consistent, there can't be lippage more than a credit card height, etc). Seeking a contractor with pride. Floor is approx 5x7 with newly installed heated flooring that might be salvageable (I can repair the heating wire myself).
