Large Home Addition
I am in the process of adding an addition to my exiting structure. The setback between the neighboring houses will be no less than 15 feet. There will be no structure erected from any sides of the house. The propose structure will be erected and attached to the back of the house only, which provides more than enough space for the new structure without impeding on the neighbor’s setback. This new structure will expand the kitchen approximately 4ft. into a great room behind the exiting family room. On the other side of the great room will have a master bed/bath room constructed. Attached to this structure will be installed a screen covered Lanai.
