Kitchen renovation with extension onto back porch. The house was built in 2012. Yes, Ill be available to talk. The work will include: closing off a section of the kitchen to make a utility room, moving and adding cabinetry, installing new coynter tops and sink and finally extending the living area out to an existing patio which already has a roof and it will need concrete work to level the floor.
