Start to finish also builds homes to rent out . They are slumlords!! they do not fix anything in the house. I had mildew they would not even come out to see it. When I had termites in the home yes they did send someone out to treat the termites. But the damage that the termites did they never came back to fix it. Most of the time they never even answered our phone calls. They build the cheapest homes that you can and charge very high prices to live there.
