Bathroom Remodel
Replace the tub and surround with a walk-in shower, new floor, and new fixtures; repair and paint the walls and ceiling. The light and fan don't need to be replaced. The mirror is an antique, so it stays as well. Also a few minor repairs to the master bath and bedroom drywall. I don't have a specific budget in mind...I'd say mid-range on materials quality. Also would like a separate quote on replacing kitchen counters with granite or something similar.
This week might be a little tough. Next week will work better (not Wednesday).
