What would the cost be to get my home battery ready? Currently 200 amp service on SRP Power. I'm thinking partial home backup with a critical loads panel. I'd like to have the wiring done so one day I can install myself an EG4 hybrid inverter and EG4 batteries (no grid sellback). I'm not sure if that is the same or less work as a whole home backup. No idea about the permitting process or what that looks like. Looking for a ballpark cost and how long it would take to be completed. Meter is on the outside of the 3rd car garage; inside that garage is where I'd want the batteries and inverter.
