Bedroom Addition
We need to build a fourth bedroom within a space currently used as a child's playroom. We have the original blueprints for the project, and the house is already listed with the city as a "four bedroom" (it isn't—this room was never built). We will need to build the walls and redo the floor and electrical to turn this space into a bedroom. We're hoping to have this done over the summer, but we're flexible.
