My duplex is over 100 years old and had major remodeling in the early 2000s; it's mostly builder grade for rental. So, there are many things I'd like to update! My priorities are fixing the front porch, which is sinking, roof repair, and new gutters. After that I want to repaint the house & garage and put in a deck & patio in the backyard (which also needs some landscaping).
