I'd call it a fairly complete bath remodel of the tub, shower, and toilet area, not the sinks. We want to move the shower to where the tub is, eliminate the tub, and put in new windows, tile, and flooring. We MAY also need to move one 7" bearing wall about 4 feet. This wall separates the bath from the master closet. Right now the wall connects directly to the rafters with no attic space above it. Moving it will require the new wall to extend up into the attic several feet. The alternative is that we turn that bearing wall into a reinforced arch you can walk through and add a new non-bearing wall where we need it.
