I cannot believe the efficiency and work ethic of Mario Butterfield and his crew! They are all truly gifted. This is our first remodel/addition in our lives and with all the horror stories surrounding shady or lazy contractors, we were so reluctant to even undergo this kind of project. However, upon meeting with Mario, were immediately impressed at his professionalism and realistic quote to execute the said plans. We are three weeks in and were just counting our blessings that he was referred to us. He is organized in thought, project management, and budget minded. His crew are craftsmen, on time, hard working, and thorough. They know what the heck they are doing! I often here them joking around together...just friendly people getting the job done. They clean up the site daily and dump a couple times a week. They have not let this crazy rainy season halt the progress and schedule of the job. They each have expressed value in respecting our space and privacy while they work and we appreciate all the effort they are making in helping us make our house a home my family can fit into! :)
