Install pavers around the back of the house. Approximately 40x4 feet plus some extra on the side of the house, about 2x10, for a total of just under 200 square feet. I need site prepped and slab put on grade in San Mateo for new ADU.   site has easy access from rear alley and is already relatively level. Overall pad footprint is about 667.85 sq. feet, including a 9-foot exterior pad for a water heater.
