The previous contractor performed extensive unpermitted and substandard work, which led to a city stop-work order. Since then:
A new architect has completed and submitted revised architectural plans.
Structural engineering is complete.
All city comments and corrections are being addressed, and the project will soon be cleared for construction restart.
