DESIGN: Garage, dining room and attic remodel
We're interested in remodeling our garage - currently it does not have insulation or walls, we'd like to add insulation, walls, potentially cabinets and laundry tables.
The attic also is very old with old insulation and only has access through a closet. We'd like to add a pull down ladder access to the attic, and renew the insulation as well as add some basic plywood flooring to be able to store things in the attic.
Lastly, the garage is attached to our dining room - we'd like to expand that dining room if possible (we have a big patio), add some panoramic doors, and prep the remaining patio area for terrace / outdoor kitchen if possible.
