I bought an old house on half an acre lot that is in poor shape. I believe it needs to be torn down to the walls or foundation only and rebuilt! I would like to have at least two stories and very large garage. I am hoping to have the new exterior walls built with concrete/cinder blocks. There is a decorative cinder block( rock-like siding) that I like! In addition I would like to see the possibility of having a basement/storm shelter, as well as a Guest House.. I don't mind the layout of the house that it there, but it might need some architectural work..

Currently own a 48-unit Multifamily in St.Petersburg, Florida. We have an extra 1-acre parcel, which we are planning to build additional units on. The city has mentioned that we can purchase and combine the parcels as shown in the picture. The parcels are zoned NSM-1; Neighborhood Suburban, Multi-Family, which allows 15 units per acre. If combined, the total parcel size will be approximately 2.58 acres, allowing for a total of 39 units. Per the PCPAO website, there are currently 20 units on the property, which leaves us room to add 19 units. 2 parcels - one has 22 units Other has 20 units - adding 19 more
