The 10 Best Tacoma, WA Architects

We are looking to add on to our house. I am in engineering and have starting the Pierce County permit. I am in need of an architect to draft up plans to submit and a builder to do the work. we are looking for 2 stories on the east side of our house.

I am considering purchasing the property in Tacoma, which is currently an unpermitted triplex. I would like to legalize this triplex by acquiring all needed permits from the city. From talking to the city, I would need to hire contractors and architects to create drawings of floor plans as well as plumbing and mechanical work.
