Residential Remodel
I have owned a 65-year-old house for the past 36 years. The attached garage had been converted to a family room by a previous owner. When we moved in we were aware of severe cracks in the slab floor, with some pieces lifting by more than 1/2 inch across the crack. We dealt with that by simply installing extra padding under the carpet to level it out.
Now, I want to remove the carpet and install vinyl plank flooring, but the concrete must be in good condition to do that. I also want to level out the water drainage slope that was built into the original garage floor.
am available to meet this Friday afternoon or all day Saturday. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
