furnish the following materials/products and services: Driveway replacement
Driveway piers, wood frame, concrete slab, and dry rot repairs.
Plans (by others-—excluded from scope of work)
Building permit and administration costs (estimated; will provide actual costs).
Cripple wall framing: the front garage wall replaces rot and blocks out for new beams.
Concrete piers: dig and frame 6 concrete piers for the new structure; form, pour, and install brackets for posts per plans 2' x 2' x 12" deep.
Exterior deck and driveway framing, including material and labor.
Concrete flatwork: pour and finish the slab on top of the decking.
Redwood handrail installed left and right of driveway, including materials and labor.
