Recent review by Howard Goldstein: Had them out to fix a hot water heater. We gave them the code and the tech was there for 15 minutes to diagnose that it needed a new gas valve control which is what the error code said. Two days later came back and took about an hour to put part in. I found the part online in a minute for $200. He charged us $681 total.
