UPDATE: I'm disappointed in the construction quality and concerned about underlying issues that I cannot see. My neighbor had a pool installed around the same time as I did. She paid about the same price, but her builder was way faster and she has had no issues.
If I could get a "do-over", I'd pick a different builder.
I did not like the waterfall I paid for; it looks nothing like what I was showed. After fighting with Dolphin and posting reviews about my experience and the ugly picture, they agreed to update it.
The pool was installed about a month ago. I haven't even had the chance to swim in it yet and already I have more problems...CRACKS throughout the decking and in the waterfall. I emailed them today; hopefully they will fix these issues without the fight I had to put up before.
