My last project was in Anaheim where i completely renovated a house
will love to give owners number,
Installed a landing in a vaulted entry. Changed out hand rail and added new handrail. Installed 1800sf of laminate flooring. Had new quartz counter tops installed. Installed new backsplash and tile under bar. Installed all new 4" base boards and door trim.
The last project i worked on was a success. It was an old farm cottage built in the 40’s and we ripped all of the plaster and lathe from the ceilings and walls and ran all new electric and plumbing. The reason we did all of this was because the cottage was on 2 acres and it easily made financial sense to restore the cottage to new condition. So it was a lot of fun and a lot of work, but those projects are always worth it in the end.
the latest project was a complete remodel and update to a 1869 brick farm house .the job entailed removing several walls and adding new walls for a more usable living space .i also built custom kitchen cabinets with an antique distressed finish and built several doors that were missing to match 150 year old doors that were still in use .i also milled moldings to replicate existing missing moldings . i also installed the tile in the bathrooms and refinished about 1200 s.f. of original hemlock wide plank flooring . over all it was a great project and the customers were very happy with the final results .
I received a referral from Buildzoom
for a footing project. When I arrived at the home it was an 85 year old log cabin that had no footing except for posts placed 18" into the soil and bearing on brick. The wood posts “12 of them” all rotted away and needed replacement. So, I excavated under the home and around the posts and installed CASSONS for the new posts to rest on. I just poured the 12 cassons this morning and will start the posts tomorrow…
