Tell us about the last project you worked on, in as much detail as possible.

Recently we worked on a 2600 square ft. house from 1945. Our customer concern was the high electric bills expected during the winter and high summer temperatures. We got pressure-filled into the walls, subfloor stops installed and new attic insulation (R49), replacement of thermal windows and door! Customer feedback: “My house is comfortably fresh, and the street noise is cut down to an absolute minimum.”

We received a call that from a gentleman that was handed our business card by one of his employees. As always, we greet our callers with a friendly voice to get them scheduled for a walkthrough to better understand their home and their needs. After our Lead Designer spent about an hour walking the 5,000 sq ft home, he returned to the office to begin working on the estimate. After about a week of discussing products, budget, and needs, our Lead Designer was able to put together a project that our client and his family loved.

The project included Multi-Zone Audio, a dedicated Home Theater Room, a 90" TV for the living room, and several TVs throughout the house. On top of that, Automation was needed in order to bring all of these products together to work in harmony. We tied in the lights, shades, garage, and sprinkler system. The theater room was built using an 11.2 Atmos System and a 180" Projection screen. Speakers were installed throughout the house that Alexa spoke through. The entire house was operable by a single Tablet or Phone. Not only did the client love his new system but his kids were able to navigate the controls of the home with ease. Our client was more than excited about his project and began the discussion of stage 2.

During stage 2 we installed outdoor audio and visual. Using a weatherproof projection screen we built a 120" theater on the backyard lawn! The speakers are strategically placed throughout the yard including subwoofers that look like rocks. Our client was just as happy with us during stage 2. We tied in the outdoor system to his automation hub, as well as other products we added during stage 2.

Turns out our client owns several dealerships and will be passing our Business Cards out and referring his people to us!

Our last project was the Calica’s ranch home in Campton Hills, IL. This was a 3,600 sq.ft. ranch home. It turned out beautiful. (See project photos) Our clients were extremely happy with our performance and would be happy to speak with you. We would also be happy to schedule a time for a site review at the Calica’s home.

My last project was a flat roof in Port Aransas that had been destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. We used the “Torch Down” method with Modified Bituman sheathing to complete the project. Wind, rain, and snow all occurred when we were working on this job. A job that should have been done in a few days took two weeks. But my constant communications with my client got the project was completed with a great outcome. and a happy customer that is giving good referrals left and right.

I met a women who lived in New Hampshire. She owned a home in Bridgewater and let a family member rent the home from her. The family member destroyed the home, did not pay any bills and the town wanted to condemn the home. She called me and asked me if I was interested in buying it. I did. We removed all of the debris from the yard, it took three dumpsters. We gutted out the entire house, it took 5 dumpsters. We then raised the roof and added a complete second floor. This home was zoned residential/multi. We converted the home and made it into 2 duplex/condos. Each had brand new kitchens, 2 full baths each, 3 bedrooms each, a beautiful back yard and a wonderful basement for storage.
I was very proud of this project because we were able to help this women who was about to lose her property. We were also able to produce two brand new affordable homes for the new owners.

hi a grading job into a hill side ran into problem with more fill dirt needed /so i specified per load fee so not to lose money /and it worked out

Just wrapped up a high end condo project in a 1.2 million dollar unit. We demoed the entire interior and fitted it out as per the lead designers requirements. We made all the cabinetry and furniture for the entire project.

We recently finished a basement remodel for a retired Engineer and his wife, an RN. They were a wonderful couple with knowledge of what they wanted. They received bids from other contractors that were comparable, but chose us because we were more timely in responses, bids, questions, etc. They knew we would be timely in work performed, as well as any problems that could arrise.

We are currently handling a very complicated permit for an existing house on Beaver Lake that will be demolished, with a proposed New SFR to be built. This property is in the short plat process that we are permitting. The newly created second lot will have a New SFR as well.

The last project I worked on was a whole house renovation. We gutted this beautiful contemporary home from the 1980’s, and revived it with a modern feel. The outside had some new garage doors, surveillance cameras, and led recessed lighting installed .
The inside consisted of several projects from an extensive kitchen reno, 3 bathroom renos, a fireplace makeover, custom made cabinets, upgraded lighting, smart home speakers throughout, new staircase, flooring, doors, trim, and custom made areas rugs.

The last project we worked on is an addition, to an existing home. We knocked down one garage and build 2 brand news ones and expanded the master bedroom and added a full bathroom above the 2 garages. This project also had a big walk in closet custom features to the bathroom and windows. The living room we expanded as well to fit a beautiful picture window. The entire house also received a face lift as all of the siding was vinyl, soffit, and fascia was old. We installed James Hardie siding, Azek fascia’s and soffits. The house looks brand new and the space inside the house became larger and more open.
