Addition
Rodeo Construction  Project completed by Rodeo Construction
One adjustment to the design is that I would need a home office in this, and with that we would extend the master bedroom build out to the same exterior wall as the bathroom. We would then add a wall when entering the master bedroom for an office space. We also would do a simplified exterior. It would just be board & batten in the new parts - no changes to existing structure.

Room Remodel
Tayton Remodeling  Project completed by Tayton Remodeling
Putting up a wall to divide the master bedroom to make a utility room. I am available, maybe just over the phone, but with Christmas next week, we probably won't be available to do a thorough meeting until the week after Christmas. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!

Laundry Room Remodel
I found some good referrals on Nextdoor for your work and we are looking for some custom cabinet work for a few projects but starting with a laundry room remodel. Everything is pretty much complete and now we’re ready for cabinets. Below is a link to a schematic showing dimensions we’re working with but note that the cabinet design is not set so you can ignore the cabinets outlined as we want to work with the builder to determine this. Schematic: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/vxpyd4qlia1i2jkzczip6/Laundry.pdf?rlkey=4kjfgc6jm7yzvxz36qeo8n2wb&st=3b4bmr13&dl=0 A few things we’d like with the cabinets: - Door style: slim shaker (~1”) - Color: white or light oak color - Right side tall cabinet for vacuum, iron board, broom, etc. - double trash bin pull out cabinet on bottom for laundr...

Garage to Multi-Room Conversion
I'm looking for a design-build partner for a garage conversion on my home. I want to convert my existing garage into: A. 1 legal bedroom B. 1 office/flex space C. 1 full bathroom D. with a hallway connection to the main house The garage is 13' × 22' with a split-level slab (a raised 3' section by the kitchen, then an 8" step-down into the main garage). I want the finished conversion to feel like part of the house, not like an old garage (proper insulation, raised floor, level transitions). I plan to sell in roughly 5-7 years, so function, layout, and resale appeal matter more than luxury finishes. I'm looking for design-build firms that have: A. Direct experience with garage conversions, not just additions B. A realistic understanding of plumbing costs, slab leveling, and evalua...

Bathroom Shower Re-tiling
I live in north Austin and I'm looking for a simple bathroom shower re-tiling, likely even just the floor and not the walls or anything else. Several of the tiles have come loose and started to come up and we're worried about what water has already gotten underneath the entire thing. The shower's dimensions are 59"x46"; the rest of the bathroom floor (59"x66") is the same tiling but isn't having any issues and we liked the pattern so were hoping to keep it if possible, but we are open to re-doing both only if deemed necessary. Would love to get an estimate from you as soon as possible. If you are interested in this project, please reach out. Thank you!

Whole Home Remodel
Single-family home built in 1969. It has good bones, but it needs a lot of work before I move out. Attempting to position this as a rental property appealing as a hybrid living/creative space for young Austinites for generations to come. Inspired a lot by Zen minimalism and earthy tones, but with a splash of personality and color. This will likely be a multiphase, multiyear project. Please let me know if this is something you can assist with. Thank you!

Bathroom Remodel
I need to have three shower fixtures replaced. I'd like them to be replaced through the drywall directly behind the fixtures to avoid destroying any of the tile in the shower. One fixture is in a bath/tub combo, while the two other fixtures are in a single his/hers shower. One of the fixtures in his/her shower also has a hand wand attachment. I'd like the drywall to be patched and painted afterwards. If interested, please contact me. Thanks!
