I hired Victor Blea January 16,2008.His business installed a brand new in the box Split System furnace and air conditioner.I paid Mr.Victoria Blea 6140.75 in a cashiers check.I have done all preventive manintenance in order to keep a healthy running system.MY AIR CONDITIONER HAS STOPPED WORKING July 1,2011.Called Mr Victor Blea to set up an appointment which was on July 5,2011 at 3:00.Called Mr. Victor Blea at 505-873-3872 10:00 am to confirm our appointment on July 5,2011 at 3:00.Mr Blea informs me he is to busy.

    Had to hire a professional plumber which was Preferred Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning.They came to my home and said that the unit that 1 Of A KIND HEATING AIR CONDITIONING AND PLUMBING INSTALLED WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS.

    I PAID PREFERRED PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING $ 7000.00 FOR A NEW UNIT.

    HIRE A PROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
