DO NOT HIRE! If you want your work done and commitments honored run the other way. If you DO hire (please, don’t... check the bbb reviews, he’s known for this) make sure you DO NOT PAY CASH! He will ask for Venmo, with which you have no recourse. Thank God I went through PayPal and am now disputing charges for uncompleted work. Terrence did NOT complete the job we paid him for, made tons of promises, asked for additional deposits and then ghosted us. You can see the photos below, what a joke! Did not complete ANY clean up, did not deliver on extra materials we paid for, left his samples on our front door step, left materials all over our porch. It was one excuse after the other with him. We are left without necessary flooring, having to hire for cleanup he committed to, and in a dispute. It’s such a shame, after claiming he works hard because he knows how people get ripped off- he turned around and deserted us when we were going to give him 50k plus of work. I implore you, take your business elsewhere!
