Hired to remove and replace front porch. On the 4ea 4x4 posts the just pieced together old an new pieces to make complete posts. All posts cracked and started coming apart causing a safety hazard. I contacted Joseph 3x about it and each time he stated that he would take care of it. Tried 3 more times to confirm time he would fix. Never heard back. It’s been 6 months still no word.
I will be filling in small claims.
