  Scammer. DO NOT GIVE HIM A DEPOSIT

  This is the second time I use Edgar Luna for a job. The first time I used Edgar, Patio came out okay. No problems. His father very pleasant to work with. I gave my deposit. it took longer then expected to get it done. About 2 months. I was upset and patio taking longer than expected.

  I decided to use him again on second property. We got a contract going and gave him a deposit just like on previous home. Edgar decided he could not do the work after me asking for 3months when he was going to get my patio done. He had said 2-3 weeks. Months passed and nothing. He said I will return your money because I cant do the work. EDGAR HAS BEEN IGNORING PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS AND HAS NOT RETURNED MY MONEY. NOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER FIVE MONTHS.

  I totally agree with GIL E.

  My driveway started cracking after 4 months. To get the contract, he told me, "If anything happens within a year, I will replace the driveway." He told me Ozinga would come and do the inspection, but no one showed up. He was trying to convince me that Ozinga came and did the inspection, and they sent me the report. The concrete material looked good. When I asked him to show me the Ozinga report, he said there was some sensitive information I couldn't show you . Then he told me I would come and fix this, but never showed up to fix the crack.

  If he promises you anything, I would suggest making sure you write down everything in the contract because later you will hear: I NEVER PROMISED YOU THIS.

  driveway

  Normally I do not write reviews but in this case I must. I had them complete a driveway from a 1 car to a 2 car driveway, walkway and a small pad for the garbage cans. Everything he told me that he was going to do he did. The price did not change at all. It was a great price for what he actually had to do. In fact the job was completed LAST SUMMER. The reason I waited for a year to complete the job was to inform everyone what the result of the driveway looks like after a whole year in Illinois. End result, look exactly the same as it did when he first poured it. BRAND NEW! Not one crack. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new driveway.

  Back patio

  I’m a stickler for reviews, when someone does a great job I feel like they deserve to be noticed! They provided me an estimate and answered any additional questions I had to ensure I would have peace of mind. They arrived on time, and had the work done 2 days ahead of schedule. I was throughly impressed and satisfied with their service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for all of my projects.

  Replace part of drive way

  $2,500

  Received a fair price to replace my drive way. They started the work on time and finished when they said they would. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed. I am very satisfied with their work and I would highly recommend.

  New slab for r,v

  This guy is a crook, he’s a liar and does horrible work, tried to add $300 dollars after he was done with our slab, the slab isn’t even with my existing driveway, he says he does more than an average concrete guy he promised 5 inches instead of 4 , he lied it’s 4 and even less in some places, he pitched the new slab towards my driveway instead of away from it, told my neighbor mark he would seal his patio when he was giving him the bid and never sealed it and then told him he would have to charge him $200 extra dollars. Stay away from this liar and poor workmanship guy, he will say anything to get your money and myself and my neighbor will be telling everyone else in our area about this their.
