Rick responded quickly to our call. Came out and gave an estimate and did not try to "up-sell" anything. Seth was the plumber who came and did the job. He was great! Very efficient, honest and did a great job. Both Rick and Seth were very personable and the job was completed as promised for the price quoted. I would use them again!

Had Seth help our contractor with master bath remodel. Since tub could not be centered in bay window area due to joists running where drain should be we decided to rotate the tub a little. He said not a problem. The faucet pipes were not installed in the correct place for that. Even after we talked to him more about it he said it was not a problem. When he left and said it was finished the tub was not rotated and he said nothing about that. Today my husband went to cut the screws on either side of the toilet to put the caps on and found out that he had used the old flange to set the toilet on without raising it up since we had tile on the floor instead of the old linoleum. My husband is currently putting the toilet in correctly.
Will not use this plumber again and will tell friends and neighbors.
