Owner
Mark Hendricks from 3D Concepts has a terrible review as a result of the work he did at our home that include major Code Violations that he fails to acknowledge and correct. The violations that were identified by three independent sources (Structural Engineer, Contractor and Building Inspector) include, 1. major support beam that was placed upside down and not extended to the designed location of support. 2. Covering up live wires with drywall 3. fabricating a stair case not supported by a double header amongst many other issues that have yet to be discovered. As a direct result of his work on this project I can not recommend he or his company to work on any projects. I will be more than happy to provide copies of the independent inspections as they will soon be available to the public.
