Do not hire him. It says he has experience in Vertical and large additions. This is false. He has no experience. He led us down a path that HE paved for us, lost project scope, doubled our budget, because he didn't foresee code requirements. He demoed our house, claimed we requested him to do it, why would I want to demo my house if there were no plans yet. Why did I let him. I thought he was trustworthy. Convinced me to believe him. Then when it came time to build he left, he didn't try to help fix the situation. Just left. He is not honorable, talks false, and doesn't follow thru. Dont hire him.
