My wife and I entered into a contractual agreement with 321 Pools Inc. to refurbish our existing pool and pool deck on 3-2-17. Work was to begin in 30 days and take 3-4 weeks to complete. We gave 1/3 down payment to start the work. Today begins the 7th month since work began on 4-3-17 and is nowhere near completed. On 7-12-17 we gave him another 1/3 as he said he had to have the money to order the plaster to finish the pool He promised the pool would be finished by the end of the following week. I just learned on 8-30-17 that he has not yet even ordered the plaster. We have documentation of the days worked and copies of texted promises! He is licensed as 321 Pools Inc. # CPC 1457850 Contractors Name is Austin Bradley Elkins. His Cell phone is 321-432-1528 Home phone is 321-255-4733 I am 79 with terminal COPD+A-Fib+Peripheral Neuropathy. My wife is 69. We are both on Fixed incomes from SS! We need help! Can you help us?
