Negative: Allowed his employees to do what ever they wanted. Caught one guy smoking twice in my home. Told him numerous times I don’t want his guys to bring pets to my home and his workers would bring their animals constantly. Made decisions on his own to do things in my home. His workers were not versed on product installations and had to pay someone else to come and install them properly. When I told him I didn’t want certain workers back on the job he would let them come anyway. When I had issues with his subs he didn’t want to get involved even though they were his recommendation.
Positive: Now he does have some amazing contacts. His tile guy, Larry was slow but phenomenal. Really made sure that everything was perfect. His countertop fabricator was good and his shower door guy did a great job.
