Please do not be duped by the lies and promises this person will tell. Mario Armas and his team will tell you that he will build the pool and yard of your dreams but its all lies. He floats money, does not have a valid license to drive car let alone he does not have a valid license as a contractor, does not have money to cover the work or his staff so whatever timeframe he quotes you may as well triple that. Mario will put you at risk as he is not legally licensed to build pools anymore. He is using a license number that now belongs to another person who changed the name of the company to sever ties with him and 7 Palms. If you don't believe me please do yourself a favor and contact the license board directly and inquire. Any person working on your property that does not have license or insurance makes you the homeowner legally liable for injuries or harm to employees.

They will steal your money and do not do the work. Please do not do business with this company. I was referred to them by a cowoker plus I went and saw multiple houses that he had done in a certain neighborhood in riverside, ca. I figure that they were legit. However, I was promised a 12 week project to be done and the backyard has nothing but dirt. They propose a wonderful plan. But it’s all lies. We are in the process of seeking legal counsel. Watch out, they are scammers.

After pulling our property and location of our project on GSI Mario the project manager Was able to take our visions put it in real life reality walk us through our new proposed Pool house/Disneyland themed lazy river able to keep us within our budget of 1.6 million coming within months of completion date was able to make our dreams come true , I do admit going through the process the frustration and also the anticipation but -100% give this company a five star review at the end you can see everything complete with the quality and Mostly hand crafted concrete rock scaping I could’ve ever imagined and who couldn’t ???????appreciate the special gift special gift of Jack pharaoh himself in the cave I also forgot to mention how many pool companies out there not only do your pool but also do all your lights keep being landscaping plants trees all in one total price me and my husband are happy happy campers it just feels like Disneyland Walking through our property leaving to our pool house.
